Every year the city of Bayonne in South-Wetern France gets completely wrecked for 5 days. The streets get overcrowded by masses of completely shit-faced people, sangria spills all over the place, french kissing all around. And there are two days of Les courses de vaches, or simply saying- get in a fenced yard with a couple of hundred people and release mad cows.
Bulls would be more hardcore though.
